How to setup a Custom Domain

By default, your primary domain looks like examplestore.invotide.com. If you want a custom URL for your Invotide store, such as www.example.com, you will need to upgrade your free plan to paid monthly or yearly plan in order to add custom domain to your online store. To learn about how to upgrade your subscription, click here to get started.

Once you upgrade to a paid plan, you can add a custom domain to Invotide in two ways:

  • If you don't own a custom domain already, you can buy a domain from Invotide by clicking here.
  • If you already own a custom domain, you can use the domain that you already own, either by connecting it to your website, or by transferring management of the domain to Invotide.

After you've purchased your domain name either through Invotide or another domain registrar, you will need to update your domain nameservers to point to these nameservers - ns1.invotide.com and ns2.invotide.com. After updating your nameservers you should then raise a support ticket requesting that your new domain name be added to your website. When you've received confirmation from Invotide support team that your custom domain is active, then you can proceed to add the new domain in the Settings section of your website admin panel.
